    Bonding

Bonding is a conservative way to repair slightly-chipped, discolored or crooked teeth. During dental bonding,  a white filling is placed on the tooth to improve its appearance. Many patients prefer bonded fillings, because the white color is much less noticeable than the silver of the amalgam fillings.Bonding is less expensive than other cosmetic treatments and can usually be completed in one visit to our office. However, bonding can stain and breaks more easily than other cosmetic treatments like porcelain veneers. If your bonding does break or chip, it can generally patch or repair bonding in one visit.

    Botox

Can dentists offer BOTOX? The answer is a definite yes! Dentists already have extensive knowledge in facial muscles and tissues. Additionally, dentists in any specialty are often particularly skilled in delivering virtually painless injections. BOTOX Cosmetic is an FDA-approved prescription medicine that is injected into various points in facial muscles to smooth wrinkles and improve appearance. BOTOX works by blocking signals from nerves to the muscles so that the muscles can no longer contract. Results typically last four to six months. The treatment requires periodic visits in order to maintain the smooth appearance.

    Dermal Fillers

Skin fillers are a way to combat wrinkles without surgery. They are injected into the skin to reduce the appearance of wrinkles; they are relatively painless procedures that work like instant wrinkle removers. We use only the safest, FDA-approved skin fillers to help patients achieve more youthful-looking skin. The main skin fillers we use are JUVÉDERM®, JUVÉDERM VOLUMATM XC, Radiesse® and Belotero®.

    Lumineers

Veneers are a common cosmetic procedure in which the outside of the tooth is covered, improving the appearance. LUMINEERS® BY DenMat are a special kind of porcelain veneers that offer a painless way to a permanently whiter and perfectly-aligned smile. These “smile shapers” are as thin as contact lenses and can be applied to your teeth without any grinding or shaving. They create a beautiful and natural-looking smile. LUMINEERS can even be placed over existing crown or bridgework without having to replace them.

    Veneers

Veneers are a cosmetic dental procedure in which a thin layer of porcelain or composite material is placed over the outside of the tooth. They are used to improve aesthetics or help with tooth damage. Veneers are usually only done to the part of the teeth that are visible when talking or smiling. The laboratory-fabricated veneers are usually made using porcelain or pressed ceramic, and are aesthetically pleasing. It takes about three weeks for final veneers to be placed.  You will have temporary veneer until the final ones are completed.

    Whitening

Teeth whitening is a popular procedure to make your teeth whiter and brighter, and therefore more attractive. Bleaching can be used to whiten stained and discolored teeth, or simply to enhance a dull smile. It is a safe and relatively painless procedure for most patients. Our office offers two methods of whitening: in-office whitening and tray whitening  1) Venus White – We use only the best and most effective whitening available on the market today.  Set up an appointment or ask Dr. Davenport about our whitening system. 2) Tray whitening – A less-expensive and convenient at-home whitening treatment. The results are more gradual.
